The FEARLESS concept focused on "Fear versus Trust" which is part of coaching Power Tools that I have studied during my 1.5 years coaching course at the ICA, International Coach Academy, Australia.
Choosing "Fear vs Trust" was natural for me. following an article I have read about fear of flying. As an aviation professional who is also an aviation safety consultant. The distress that so many people experience during flight anticipation, during flight itself and ahead of the following flight touched me.
I partnered with Captain Ron Nielsen, who is a pilot, an expert in aviation human factors and safety management systems. Ron counts among the best in the area of fear of flight coaching and leads Fearlessflight, helping people who are afraid of flying. Consolidating my concept called FLY - Finally Lift Yourself and exchanges with Captain Ron, I created a case for fear of flying.
